Early College Access Program (ECAP)

BCPS students have an opportunity to enroll in college-level courses through the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) for 50% off or no cost, depending on the student’s College and Career Readiness (CCR) status.

Students may take up to 4 CCBC courses per year at no cost through BCPS, if eligible.

If a student meets CCR, BCPS will cover the full cost of tuition and fees. If a student does not meet CCR, the student’s family will be responsible for 50% of the tuition and fees.

Students can check their CCR status in Focus or by speaking with their school counselor.
