Greetings Miller Family!
Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year at Milford Mill Academy! It is with great excitement and
optimism that I welcome each of you to another school year filled with opportunities for learning,
growth, and achievement. I am incredibly proud to serve as your principal and to be a part of this
energetic and dynamic community.
At Milford we are committed to fostering an environment where every student can thrive and reach
their full potential. Our fundamental system of beliefs emphasizes the core values that embody
Miller Pride: Productive, Responsible, Informed, Dedicated, and Engaged.
Be PRODUCTIVE: We encourage our students to be active learners, setting goals and working
diligently to achieve them. Productivity is not just about getting things done; it's about doing them
with purpose and passion.
Be RESPONSIBLE: Responsibility is at the heart of our community. We expect our students to take
ownership of their actions, respect others, and contribute positively to our school environment.
This includes being a responsible digital citizen. Use your smartphones for smart things,
especially during school hours, and make sure your online presence reflects the values of our
community.
Be INFORMED: Knowledge is power. We aim to equip our students with the information and skills
they need to make informed decisions, both academically and personally.
Be DEDICATED: Dedication to excellence is a hallmark of Miller Pride. We believe in perseverance
and commitment to one’s goals, knowing that hard work and determination will lead to success. In
order to reach one’s goals, there must be action.
Be ENGAGED: Active participation in school activities, whether in the classroom, in clubs, or on the
field, enhances the high school experience. We are an active school community, both academically
and with clubs and athletics. I encourage all students to get involved and stay engaged in their
learning and community.
As we embark on this new school year, I am confident that we will continue to build on our
successes and overcome any challenges together. Our exceptional faculty and staff are here to
support you every step of the way, and I encourage you to take advantage of the many resources
and opportunities available to you.
Let’s make this year a remarkable one, full of learning, growth, and Miller PRIDE. Together, we can
create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to
succeed.
I look forward to an extraordinary 2024-2025 school year!
With Miller Pride,
